  • PayPal, to receive monetary donations and/or payments from visitors and/or clients of the Websites;
  • Affiliate services that allow the Websites to generate revenue through non-traditional means, including use of affiliate links on individual website posts.

Each individual third party is responsible for complying with applicable jurisdictional privacy laws. Visitors of the Websites must reach out to each individual third party for information about how data privacy policies and/or requests are executed.

The Websites encourage visitors to submit non-commercial electronic messages — including emails, social media messages, text messages and other forms of electronic communication. Depending on the electronic message service, some personal information, including email addresses, names, IP addresses and phone numbers, may be transmitted as part of the service’s ordinary functions. Except to interact directly with the public, the Websites do not store, transmit, forward or sell personal information incidentally or directly collected through the use of electronic messaging services.

c.) Telephone calls

The Websites encourage visitors to place non-commercial telephone calls for any number of reasons. Depending on the telephone service provider, some personal information, including full phone numbers, names and geographic information, may be transmitted as part of the service’s ordinary functions. Except to interact directly with the public, the Websites do not store, transmit, forward or sell personal information incidentally or directly collected through the use of telephone communications.

d.) Postal mail

The Websites do not accept postal mail, except as required through the operation of the Websites. In such cases where postal mail must be accepted, the Websites Websites do not store, transmit, forward or sell personal information incidentally or directly collected through the use of postal mail services.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California consumers may be entitled to certain notices and disclosures regarding the collection and use of their personal information by the Websites. 

The CCPA provides California consumers with the right to opt out and stop businesses from selling their personal information. This right applies to all California consumers ages 16 or older and may be exercised at any time.
